Cro, one of Germany's leading rap artists, pursues another artistic expression besides music: he creates works of art under his aka "Carlito". Carlito's motifs are contemporary, some figurative, some abstract, always with a fine stroke and a strong, personal expression. We consider his paintings unique - and more fans worldwide do too: Carlito's paintings can now be found in renowned galleries worldwide.
In March, award-winning artist Cro and Timeless tokenised the world's first artwork created for fractionalisation, "Michelle". Over 400 fans own shares in the artwork, which sold out within minutes. Two weeks after the initial drop on the platform, a big reveal followed: the painting does not only feature a beautiful front side – it also has a unique reverse side. And now, Cro and Timeless are dropping NFT PAPs (Profile Art Picture) with 1.000 interpretations of Michelle.
Cro and Timeless collaborate with outstanding 3D and IRL artists. The artworks resulting from this collaboration are Profile Art Pictures that come in two versions. They are intended for use on social media as Profile Art Pictures and as art showcases in Metaverse-rooms. More artists will be revealed in the coming weeks.

On July 10 at 18:00 CET, the Carlito NFT airdrop will take place for all token holders. After that, the ownership of the Mint Token is no longer useful and should not be purchased.
You will be able to mint the Carlito Collection Mint Token (ERC1155) via OpenSea this week. Owning this token qualifies you for the free airdrop of the Carlito Collection Token (ERC721) on Monday, July 11.
Important: To receive the airdrop, you must have the Carlito Collection Mint Token in your wallet on Sunday, July 10 at 6pm CEST. We will take a snapshot of the blockchain and send all token holders the Carlito Collection Token (ERC721) to their wallet on Monday via airdrop.
The secondary sales fees (royalties) will be 10%. Again, full transparency: it is important to the team that all partners involved and every artist will share in the royalties.

The Carlito NFT collection will be launched on the Ethereum blockchain.
You can use your Carlito Collection NFT as a profile picture for your social media profile or print out the artwork for your personal enjoyment. We will announce more utilities in June.

Approximately 100 NFTs will go to these parties. These are the people involved from Carlito's team, Timeless' team, twire (implementation partner on the drop), community managers, etc. and of course the 15 or so artists and collabs on the project.
Timeless itself will mint 300 NFTs at the mint price and distribute them via their Web2 app as a fractionalized collection to address another target group. After 3 months, Timeless is allowed to sell 25%, after 6 months 50%, after 9 months 75% and after 12 months 100%. In general, Timeless will try not to sell before 12 months so that the transaction is tax-free. The impact on the price of NFTs is therefore positive, as many NFTs are taken off the market for months, making the collection seemingly smaller.
